1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, playing on L2 Crossover Reborn (the "Server"), or making a donation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Server or make a donation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a donation, or have the explicit permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. By donating you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you and that you are authorised to use it.

3. Account Registration

When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and a valid email address, and not to impersonate any person or register an account on behalf of someone else without their authorisation.

Your game account and website account are one and the same — the credentials you register here are used to log in to the game. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion, including for breach of these terms, cheating, abusive behaviour, or fraudulent payments. Accounts and their characters may also be removed after long periods of inactivity.

4. Nature of Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions that help cover the running costs of the Server. They are not a purchase of goods or services.

As a thank-you for your support you receive Credits, which can be converted in-game into Donate Coins (1 Credit = 1 Donate Coin). Bonus credits on larger donations are a discretionary gift and may be changed at any time.

5. Virtual Items & Credits

Credits, Donate Coins and all in-game items are virtual goods. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not your property — you receive a limited, revocable licence to use them within the game.

Virtual items may be lost if your account is suspended or terminated, if the Server is reset, or if the Server is discontinued. No compensation is owed for lost virtual items.

6. No Refunds

All donations are final and non-refundable. Because Credits are delivered instantly and consumed in-game, we cannot reverse a donation once Credits have been added to your account.

If you believe a payment was made in error or without authorisation, contact us before initiating any dispute and we will try to help.

7. Delivery

Credits are added to your website account automatically after a successful payment. You may then transfer them to one of your characters, where they are delivered as Donate Coins — instantly to your inventory if the character is online, or by in-game mail if offline.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first is considered a breach of these terms. It may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and the removal of all associated characters and items, without refund.

9. Changes to the Server

The Server is provided on a best-effort basis. We may modify, rebalance, suspend or discontinue any feature, item, rate or the entire Server at any time, with or without notice. Donations do not entitle you to any specific feature, item value, or continued availability of the Server.

10. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

11. Privacy & Your Data

To run your account and the Server we store your login name, email address, last-login IP address, and your characters' in-game data. This information is used only to operate the Server, secure accounts, process donations, and send you important account or server notices.

Your password is stored only as a one-way hash and is never visible to staff. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.

12. Fair Play

Use of unauthorised third-party software, exploitation of bugs, real-money trading outside the Server's official systems, or any activity that harms other players or the Server may result in suspension or termination without refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Server is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the loss of virtual items, arising from your use of the Server or any donation.

14. Not Affiliated

L2 Crossover Reborn is a non-commercial fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSoft Corporation or any of its subsidiaries. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Server or making a donation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
