Talk to the NPC or open the Rebirth page on the Community Board (Alt+B).
Offer one full tier of gear β weapon, armor set and jewels β to fuel the ritual.
Your level resets to 1, but every skill you know is kept intact.
Earn a Rebirth Stone and trade stones for permanent Rebirth Skills.
Each rebirth consumes one complete set of gear at the required tier. You choose exactly which items to offer.

Rebirth is a true commitment β the more you ascend, the harder the climb becomes:
XP gain Γ 0.9 per rebirth. Each rebirth multiplies your solo XP rate by 0.9 β 10x becomes 9.0x, then 8.1x, then 7.29x, and so on. SP is unaffected.
No party XP after your first rebirth. Reborn characters earn zero party XP (full party SP still flows) β leveling back up is a personal trial.
Spend your Rebirth Stones to learn permanent, always-on passive buffs. Each skill costs 1 Rebirth Stone + 2,000,000,000 SP, learned from the Rebirth Manager β and any class can learn any of them.
Increase Evasion by 4.
Increases Resistance to buff canceling attacks by 30 and Resistance to de-buff attacks by 20.
Increases Max HP by 35%.
Increases Max MP by 35%.
Increases P. Def. against critical by 30%. When an attack above a certain amount of damage is received, the Critical Damage of general short-range physical attack is increased for 8 seconds.
Increases Resistance to fire/water/wind/earth attacks by 20.
Embroiders a robe to increase P. Def. by 5% and MP recovery bonus by 2.
Enhances the armor surface to increase P. Def. by 10%.
Increases P. Def. by 15%.
Tans armor to increase P. Def. by 5% and evasion by 2.
Combine maximum HP increase and maximum MP increase to have more advanced mental and physical power. Increases Max HP by 35% and Max MP by 35%.
Combine shield Def. rate increase and shield P. Def. increase to have more advanced shield ability increase effect. Increases shield defense rate by 30% and shield P. Def. by 50%.

Decreases physical skill MP consumption by 20%, magic skill's MP consumption by 10%, and song/dance skill's MP consumption by 20%.
Increases M. Atk. by 75%.
Combine magic power increase and magic resistance increase to have more advanced magic ability increase effect. Increases M. Atk. by 75% and M. Def. by 30%.
Increases by 2 the occurrence rate of damage that is caused by magic damage.
Decreases a party member's P. Def. by 8%, M. Def. by 16%, and evasion by 4. Increases P. Atk. by 8%, M. Atk. by 16%, Atk. Spd. by 8%, Casting Spd. by 8%, and Speed by 8.
Enhances the string of a bow or crossbow to increase P. Atk. by 5% and range by 100.
Combines general attack damage absorption and attack speed increase for a more advanced blood awakening effect. Increases Atk. Spd. by 33% and bestows the ability to recover as HP 9% of the standard short-range physical damage inflicted on the enemy.
Increases Critical attack power by 35%.
Increases Critical attack rate by 30%.

The target's buff/de-buff doesn't disappear at death but is maintained. But the Blessing of Noblesse and the Amulet of Luck disappear.
